OWNERS: Jin Zhongli
LOCATION: Forsaken Region
BUILDING(s) SIZE: 5
LAND: 175 acres
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Zhongli Estate is is located on a mountain range southeast of the Forsaken Region. Ontop of a perfectly sized Mesa (a flat-topped mountain or hill), with waterfalls and lush greenery throughout. Despite it's size it is hidden rather well. Jukane the leader of the Zhongli saw this as the perfect place for her large home, and her family. Far enough away from the prying eyes of the capital, but yet not to far out for the families operations in Clover. But it is also a perfect place for the many lands in the Outer region, to establish connections across different lands.
The main large temple is where most of the day to day operations take place. With over 30 bedrooms, not including ten master bedrooms one being used by Jukane herself (the largest one). Multiple restrooms, kitchens, dining spaces, living rooms, event halls and things of the sort can be found. Large meeting rooms, Jukane's personal quarters for work related affairs. Small meet up stations for the children. The main waterfall can be seen coming down the center of the main temple, which Jukane is very fond of.
The Estate itself is kept in very good condition, and near spotless thanks to the maids, butlers and housekeepers in service. There are also multiple classrooms, for the teaching and education of her children. Some lessons taught by Jukane herself, the older siblings of the Zhongli, and trusted advisors that she personally handpicks. Training rooms, and weapons rooms for combat training as well. A large training space outside designated for training magic. Guest buildings can be located on the left and right of the large building estate, as large as normal houses.
On the other side of the main temple there are more buildings, for further use. But the one most noteworthy is called the Lěnggōng otherwise known as "The Cold Palace." This is where punishments are held for the children of the Zhongli that seem to repeat failure, or have found themselves in to much trouble. It is somewhat separated from the main temple, but still close enough to remain in sight. Harsh punishments and sometimes the use of Jukane's decay magic is used here, there is a outside field for the one being punished can be known throughout the estate. The Lěnggōng is Jukane's least favorite place in her entire estate, but it is necessary.

Lorem Ipsum of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

[attr="class","baseheader"]UPGRADES
- Magical Training Formation | This upgrade can be purchased once and will set up a training space on the fallen families grounds. Members of the family can train 1 thread per month at 50% the word count and two threads a month at 25% the word count [Only Applies to Stats and Spell Points]. This reduction will also count towards others within the thread in question, even if they are not the estate holder (as long as the owner of the estate is within the thread). This cannot be stacked with perks that decrease word count. If you have gained a reduction from your estate or someone else’s, you can not gain additional reductions elsewhere.
For example, Player A and B both members of fallen families, and they use the magical training formation on player B’s estate for 50% reduction of word count. They cannot go to player A’s estate and do the same. [This can only be purchased by fallen families] - Fence Syndicate | With this upgrade, the hideout receives 5,000 Yul a month at base hideout tier, 7,500 Yul at hideout tier 2, and 10,000 Yul at hidout tier 3. These funds will be detailed out on the hideout page. The funds can be used on hideout upgrades and/or personal purchases from members of the fallen family who they work for. Restrictions on how much is allowed to be taken out are decided by the head of the family and must be approved by the staff. Note: If you still have things you can upgrade the amount staff will allow to be withdrawn per family member will be small. [Only fallen families are able to take this upgrade]
- Stable | Tier 3 The buyer of a stable can now utilize six Mana Beasts as a defensive measure. The Mana Beast is tied to the estate and cannot leave it. Mana Beasts inside cannot exceed one Archmage Rank and 2 Grand Ranks.
- Secret Exit | Tier 3 Purchasing this upgrade will allow you to create a third secret escape route that only your family know the location of. This upgrade will allow you to create a small maze underground surrounding your Hideout. Anyone attempting to follow you through these escape routes will get lost unless they have at least 80 Sensory.
- Mana Suppressor | Tier 3 Purchasing this upgrade will allow you to equip your Hideout with a Magical Trinket capable of suppressing the mana signature of anyone in the building. This does not need to be activated and can be active at all times. Mages with a Sensory stat of at least 150 will be able to detect mana signatures without any interference.
- Mana Suppressor | Tier 3 Purchasing this upgrade will allow you to equip your Hideout with 4 magical weapons which elements must be rolled for. These traps may be placed anywhere within the hidden estate of the buyer's choosing and can not be changed until the trap is sprung. It will require a thread after it has been activated to reequip it and/or change its location. Attack traps will now deal Grand Rank damage upon hitting an enemy and will function as if it had 150 Power. Restraining traps will have Grand Rank health and function as if it had 150 Durability. Mages with a Sensory stat of at least 170 will be able to sense the traps.
