[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] How does one describe falling in love? Yugos body was acting strange, as if finally catching up to what he should have been. A young 19 year old. He felt his face relax and flush at the same time as he heard Joseph speak. It was like every word was dripping warm honey and the way his facial expressions subtly changed when he was speaking of something important or of interest. Joseph may not even realize hes making them, being that he mostly spoke with his hands as a perfered method. But In his years of being bed bound he had learned to read the facial features of a person like a map of their very existence. He memoried every detail in his parents faces, in the faces of the maids and butlers who tended to him. His memory was perhaps the most extrodinary thing about him, he could recall details of conversations and outfits months in the past, and often blew away his mother and father in youth with how accurate it was. The butlers and maids told him it was called photogenic memory. The ability to rememeber everything you saw by just simply looking at it. [break][break] Sufficet to say, Yugo had memories every last pore of josephs face. Every time he looked at his face he commited it to memory as a permenent feature in his life. He knew life could take him away at any moment, left him once again alone and with no one at his side. But he would never stop loving this man he realized.he followed along the entire time as Joseph spoke, using subtle nudgings to let him know he was still listening and letting him finish speaking. He quietly ate for a little bit and then cleaned his mouth with his napkin. “If….If I can say Joseph.” he wrapped his hand around the cider cup he had. It was ice cold thanks to the chilled liquid inside its metal container. He felt his heart begin to beat execisvely fast. He could help but feel a small ting of worry. He knew Joseph felt strongely for him. But the question he was about to ask made his heart begin to leap into his throat. [break][break] He nervously paused, trying to collect his thoughts. He began to speak but stopped himself and sipped his cider. “I wanted to ask you…” he blushed even more and tried for a few more seconds to get words out but then found he just couldn’t do it. He finally, beat ready lifted up his hands and asked him. ~Do you love me? As much as I love you? I cannot help but study every inch of your Beautiful face, and to listen to every word like holy Gospel. When…~ he studdered in his signing “When you look at me do you feel as if oceans drain way and slam back down on you? Like a great weight of love and feeling and desire are trying to drown you in their touches? I love you more then I have loved anyone in my life Joseph, I love you like a man loves the very moon he worships as a godess, but you are so much closer, and so much more embracable.~ he blushed bright red and then quickly signed. “You are like a thousand sunrises and a thousand nights of shooting stars. Breath taking and terrifyingly beautiful all at the same time.~ he had to pause a bit. His fingers cramped from how fast he was signing. After a moment, and before Joseph could repond he signed one more time. ~I want… to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to share the same home as you, and build and even better home around it then we started. I want to…i want to sleep in the same bed as you, and eat the same meals as you. I want to love you till the end of time.~ he blushed a bit and finally stopped signing. It was clear he had been having these feelings build for quite some time.

Joseph had been caught off guard a bit by the statement. He hadn't really thought that deeply on the life they had been building together. Living together, cooking and eating together, sleeping in the same room, and sharing their troubles. ~A thousand sunrises.~ Obviously at this point the man had taken a pause on eating. The words had been signed out slowly, movements ever so slightly shaken with uncertainty. Yugo was the only person that had ever flirted with him, but this was something steps above even that. It sounded as close as two men could get to a marriage proposal. If it was anyone else, Cobborn wouldn't be likely to believe the words for a moment. But this was the person he had been living together with for around a month. What did he think after that time frame? The person in front of him that he had kissed, that had kissed him, that they lived with and shared meals with. An individual that helped the ex azure deer experience some things better and gain stability. Yugo was the main reason that the peachy orange haired person even had enough mental fortitude to try approaching his father. How does one respond or feel when someone flatters you to such a degree? Their face started to flush a bit as the words really begun to sink in. Even then, these words helped weight that the man couldn't comprehend fully.
What was a thousand sunrises like? Or a thousand nights, or shooting stars? Joseph had only ever looked at the night sky to use as guidance for finding his way. The idea of admiring or looking at it for beauty or other reasons hadn't even occurred to him before that point. How many comets had he missed rocketing through the night sky? He reached for the bowl of fish chowder, as if trying to find the right words by gazing upon it. Their long fingers soon let go, only to move them shortly after for speaking. His face was still flushed. Such a compliment, one a bit hard to comprehend yet seemingly honest was intense. The man wasn't even the best at accepting normal compliments all the time, trying his best to be humble and to never let their ego get the best of him. He had always been confident in certain abilities and it was unusual to have it broken. Stressful situations seemed to be the best way to test it, not like he particularly enjoyed those moments. His fingers weren't moving quickly like Yugos had, perhaps a sign of just how less innocent the golden dawn member was in comparison. This didn't make less nervous, but perhaps better at self control. It was needed for various situations, including ones that could get a person feeling intense emotions. He was still someone who wore their emotions on his sleeve so to say, just not as intensely.
He could fake a smile if the time called for it, but now wasn't one of those. How does one react to such a powerful confession? ~I.. never paid much heed to the beauty of a sunrise, though I know my coloration matches one to an extent. Comets have never been appreciated by my person and stars only used to help guide me in a direction. You, for me you have given me color and flavor. Eating isn't a chore, you're a quick learner at cooking. It's nice eating with you, there is flavor in everything, it gives the textures and smells meanings that they never had for me before. I'm not counting the days until I get good enough to confront things, otherwise we wouldn't be here. You gave me that strength. I don't ever intend to leave you. Even if I don't fully comprehend the weight of grandeur in certain natural phenomena, my life would feel pretty empty and bleak without your presence in my life. I don't know if that means forever, but I would like to find out.~ Perhaps it was because he grew up as a commoner, or maybe it was their lack of creative thinking. His feelings were expressed through things that he cherished, new experiences and wonderful sensations. ~You make me feel special and beloved. I never feel alone anymore.~ That certainly used to be an issue.
~Let us eat up, speak to my father, get this chapter of my life finally closed than have many more meals and rests together after. Sleeping in one of the rooms here sounds perfect because I don't think I'll have the energy to get home.~

[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] Yugos nerves were on fire, and yet…at the same time his heart was calmer then it had ever been. There was not a single falsehood in any of the words he had signed out to the man. He had meant it all with every inch and ounce and any other measurable unit that might apply to the human soul. As he watched Joseph sign back to him, he felt the calmness grow as the feeling he held were being recipricated. Before he could stop himself, once joseph ahd done he would begin to sign again. ~”Your coloration is not just close, it is like someone plucked the very color from the sky and gave it form here on the ground. And I will keep learning, ill try every dish I can, and ill cook whenever I get the chance. “~ he would rmable a bit ebfore blushing one last time and then apologize, after realizing he ahd been rambling and letting his emotions get the better of him. He would smile and nod. “Im glad I met you joseph, Ill be honest, on the day I met you in that old tavern, I had actively worn the magic knight mantle out in the field only in training. I was a total novice and I would have gotten myself taken as a fool had I not been fortunate enough to get your help and Griswalds. When were done eating, ill go rent the room. You stay here and ill see if I can get everything sorted out by myself, never had to try to get a room for two before.” he would smile and with that, Yugo would eat. [break][break] By the time they were done Yugo would smilea nd stand to let his stomuch resettle. He would chuckle and sign that he would be back. Hed get the room set up, unaware that due to his ignorance as a traveler he had booked a single room with a single bed meant for two.the barmaid/wife of the chef would smirk having seen the two men enter and eat together. She smiled and yugo was left puzzled. He wondered what had made her so happy. Surely it was because he was a paying customer renting a room with two beds. He would then make his way to the bathroom to quickly relive himself, having left his magic knight mantle in his bag as they ate. He knew it was magically protected, but it was rude to eat with such a fine piece of identifying clothing on. Despite his inherited wealth he was very conseervative in how he acted and dressed when it came to the things that defined a noble. Most wouldn’t be dead in a tavern like this he found, they were too self important to sit with the common man and that didn’t sit with Yugo at all. He couldn’t think of treating a common person any less respectfully then he would treat the king, or his own mother and father. There was a respect one was given by merit of being alive. [break][break] As he would enter, adjusting the sleeves on his shirt to be further up his arms so that when he got done washing his hands they wouldn’t be wet. But instead of a peaceful bathroom trip he would see a sight that made his blood boil. a nobleman, though not of any house he recognized was there. Yet his clothing showed his true nature as someone of high class and personal opinion of themselves. The man was standing over a commoner, it was clear the nobleman had picked am unnecessary fight and for what ever reason Yugo didn’t care. He saw someone in pain and hurt and he would slug the noble right in the face. The man dropped like a sack of potatos. The common man would stand and rush out running out of the resturante. The nobleman was out cold and Yugo could only stand and look at the man. Why had he done that? [break][break] He didn’t think abut it, he didn’t want to do it. It was like… his body moved on instinct. The nobleman groaned and would sit up, his nose broken and his eyes tearful in pain. “Y… youll pay for that!” he stood up and would rush Yugo with a knife made of magic, the man was clearly a shitty fighter, not a threat, and not something that needed to bother Yugo. And so he simply dodged him, and with a simple movement tripped him. The man bumbled through the door, and upon seeing how everyone was staring at him he would run out of the building. Yugo just….stood there in the bathroom. Staring at his bloodied hand. Not his blood, none of it was his, his body was so much stronger now, his will to live was terrifying. Yet at the same time…. he threw himself into danger once again without thinking about the consequences. What if he had died? Stabbed by that man and left to die in this bathroom his lover just a few paces away unaware. ]break][break] He hadnt been like this before his…”Change”. his body was once sickly and devoid of strength, even with his magic it wasn’t enough to heal him of the damage done by the poison. But as if y miracle Yugo woke one day….different. So very different. Hed grown, and changed as if he had gone through a second puberty. He wondered if it was a side effect of the poison. Would he have looked like this regardless had he never been poisoned as an infant? Was this why his attitude and mind have changed? He had never been so reckless, yet…. lately he couldn’t stop from helping those who needed it, not matter what it might cause. He sighed softly and would wash his hands and then leave the bathroom his need to pee having faded. He would put on a fake smile, and make his way to Joseph. “Sorry it took so long. I got the room, a double bed.” he smiled happily still unaware.

'Like the dawn was plucked from the sky' almost sounded like something a fan of his mothers would say. She had been the Burning Crimson, a 'beautiful fire' of the sunset that had fallen from the sky. But she was the dusk, where he was the sunrise. He didn't like her in the slightest, but he knew the other didn't mean it like that. Yugo was a fan of hers, a voice that carried his boyfriend through the hardest of times. A shared love between mother and son, a masterful voice that could hide all the evil embedded in that heart. Perhaps the sickness wasn't the only thing that made her being akin to the dusk so fitting. The dawn was nice because it may have felt similar, but they were quite opposite. The sunrise lead to light, where the sunset could only end in darkness. “Don't think Griswald too much. I feel like he had a paranoia of nobility, which lead to him helping you as little as possible. My opinion is that if you don't try to help someone clearly inexperienced than they wont learn. I have no bias against nobility, even as a commoner. I simply wanted to help you avoid getting hurt.” It was easy to believe that Yugo had no experience at that point. Even back than, he had voiced that they clearly had no experience with things. Being grateful to someone who was so upset over being called by a novice for help because that said person had been a noble was ridiculous.
Joseph getting upset over getting called by someone because it was clear they didn't know what they were doing yet was a step above that, but not by much. How do new people learn if you get grumpy? Than again, Yugo did learn. “You've been learning very well since we started cooking lessons, though it seems you're good at learning for the most part. The only thing you worry me with is your naive innocence.” It was the only thing that didn't seem to have a speedy type of improvement. It was better than when they met, a little better than the arrest of William, but the pace was slower than everything else. It was better than no improvement, but would it be okay to bring him to meet his father? Without him there though, Cobborn knew that his courage would begin to fade. It was a selfish need that put the other at risk. The man knew it from the beginning on this decision, but the fact that it would happen felt closer now that they were almost there. Their smile merely remained as he started to eat again. The meal was delicious and filling. ~I can do this. We can do this. Even if his mind isn't well, he's the only one that would be willing to tell the truth.~ At one point John Cobborn would have been seen as the least aggressive and most harmless of all his family. A master musician with a perfect memory that also had an interest in medicine.
That man rarely went to anything like a forest, preferring to bury himself in practice, or books, or to speak with others. When someone attacked John, he would simply smile and find a way to get out of it without attacking anyone. He had friends who were magic knights and believed in them, unlike others in the family who were distrustful of the kingdoms organization. Joseph had only ever heard people speak kindly of his father when mentioning before their mind had become lost. There was a time that the very concept of the man even speaking aggressively seemed like an impossibility. His body was strong, shoulders were broad, and temperament always seemed soft and kind. The memories he had gained back only confirmed this. Maybe this was why his mother was so bold. Both had been smart, but it had felt like nobody could ever outsmart John, nor hold a secret from him forever. A person who cared not for recognition in work, only that everyone was happy and he had some amount of payment. The golden dawn member was fine with Yugo going to rent a room for them. There was never a thought of removing their own mantel, as it merely meant they were a magic knight. The golden dawn had only the very talented and nobility, but a few people there already knew him.
This was the peachy orange haired persons hometown, so naturally it would be more strange if nobody there knew him at all. The silver eagles was a squad more known for exclusively having nobles in it, something Joseph never thought much about. The only time it had come to mind was likely when the two had first met, but as merely one of the many examples of how it seemed Yugo had no experience in even entering a tavern of that type. Then again, this was a tavern in a very different location and a very different type of clientele. One would never see criminals there, but it was true that it wasn't exactly set up as a place for nobility either. The rules those of higher standing wasn't something he ever had to learn, nor would have been taught. This was certainly a place typically for common people to eat, drink and talk. Places like this tended to be social hubs of sorts full of conversing, but the topic depended on the group of people. At the moment there didn't seem to be any big discussions. What the peachy pink eyed person wasn't expecting was to see a noble stumble out of the bathroom with a knife than flee. Did they feel embarrassed and judged? ~Who gets like that in a place like this where the owners double as security?~ Nobody would take a nobles side if he tried to get others in trouble for his actions.
Maybe that's why he ran away? Or maybe he was embarrassed? Coming out of a bathroom with a knife held out like that just makes someone look like a weird pervert trying to get in someones pants the wrong way. In seeing Yugo leave the bathroom looking fine, Cobborn let out a sigh. When they walked over and spoke of the double bed single bedroom, his face flushed a bit before looking over towards the bartender. Yugo and him had been that obvious? Not quiet enough? Than again, he was pretty sure those two knew sign language. “We aren't that far in the relationship just so you two know!” But... would they believe him? The smile that strong woman put on her face told him... probably not. ~Yugo, they think we're already doing the bedroom dance. Anyway, the room sounds good. Are you ready to go? You can leave any of your extra things in the room, anything you don't want to risk getting destroyed.~

[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] It wasn’t like he was seeking danger in that bathroom. But danger had found him in a chance encounter. But Yugo didn’t understand the person he ahd run into was decently connected and had an ego. While it may not manifest now, the man's threat would no doubt need to be addressed later. Yugo made his way back through the tavern from the bathroom and a few people smiled and congradulated and thanked him. He blushed a bit. He wasn’t used to people doing that and it was happening more and more in his life. It was so strange it was like he was someone important. He would make his way back to Joseph as the barkeepers wife smiled at him and gave a thumbs up. She chuckled when joseph spoke to yugo and he blinked a bit confused. “Bed room dance? Nonsense. I didn’t say anything of the sort. No doubt they think us just good friends, its not like we have kissed infront of them or anything.” hed smile with a hope and optimism that was like a shield to the world around him as he smiled thinking he was speaking just loud enough for themselves to hear. [break][break] Hed grab what little he had brought and any luggage that joseph had brought. After picking it up hed begin carrying it with him up the stairs and when he arrived at the rather ornate door to the room he was too busy looking for his key and opening the door to notice the hearts carved into the frame. Hed set the spare lugguge down and when he looked up to see the room, the red and soft colors caught him off guard and with the shape of the mirror he realzied they had mistook what his intentions were. Hed quickly shut and lock the door before making his way down stairs to see the barkeeps wife once more smiling and this time joined by her husband as Yugo quickly blushed a bright red and turned to face Joseph. “R..right! Luggege is stored!” hed grab his hand if he was standing and ready. “Lets get going.” hed quickly pull Jospeh outside and it was clear he was still blushing. Unless Joseph stopped him hed keep walking a bit before stopping. “I…” he wanted to say he didn’t feel that way but… didn’t he? He loved him and yet he was…afraid? They had shared his bed the first night Joseph had stayed with him, but they had done nothing untoward. [break][break] He was about to speak his feeling when he suddenly pivited. “I…I doont know the way! that’s right!” his nervousness was clear and he realized he had just yelled that and people were staring at the large man who had just yelled as a bird above flew by making a noise that sounded a lot like idiot. Yugo had to clear his throat and hed fix his outfit. “I don’t know the way to where were going. Perhaps I should let you lead.” hed say having managed to get himself to calm down so he could get his composure back together.
