She didn't come to Kikka often, with its location so close to the border of the noble region quite a few nobles shopped here, but that wasn't what Ivy really disliked. Because nobles shopped frequently like in the Noble Region the clientele and the workers of the shops judged others for the purposes of keeping appearances, it was one of the things Ivy didn't care to see, nor be a part of. She preferred the forsaken region and being deeper into the common region.

Well, despite how much she hated the people that made up Kikka she wouldn't dare say the town was horrible, she could never hate any city in her precious Kingdom.

Ivy paused in her steps as she shook her head. She came to Kikka to deliver a package to a noble her mother wanted to deliver a letter too. Continuing her walk Ivy made it to the gates that had a path leading to a medium sized two floor estate, smaller than the Ravencrest but still a bit more than lower royals, ugh now she was starting to return to her old pattern of thought. She really really hated this.

The journey was made quick as Ivy was fueled by her dislike of Kikka and royals, quickly announcing herself to the family servant's as well as her status and handing them the letter to pass on to their master, when looking at servants she imagined if not for her standing she would most likely be right aside them but she let the thought of and quickly left the estate in a hurry to head back to the base...mmm but it was getting dark so she supposed she would have to stay in Kikka until the morning.

She didn't want to stay in Kikka but it would be foolish to leave at night with the trip ahead, waking back she would just order food and drink for the night and tuck in to leave on morning light. Walking through Kikka streets she was getting close to her lodging during her stay but as she walked she noticed a piece of paper fluttering in the wind, catching her eye only to fly right into her face, "Gah!" Ivy panicked, falling back due to surprise, hearing the laughter of some nearby. Taking the paper on Ivy cheeks were flushed in embarrassment and shame, frustration taking over Ivy was about to rip the paper but noticed it was the guard hiring some night patrol for Kikka streets, it was specifically issued to magic knights for a chance to earn some Yul.

Getting up and ignoring the crowd prompting them to leave Ivy mood was actually better, I'd she had to stay in Kikka at least she could profit from it. Changing her course Ivy made her way to the location on the paper to join the night patrol this time around. In uniform, Ivy found herself heading deeper into Kikka markets, seeing guards that were forced to patrol without a magic knight already on patrol. "Hey guards, I'm Ivy from the Black Bulls. I'll be taking care of patrol so leave it to me

"You're a Black Bull?" The guards chuckled remembering the squad's reputation, "Sure girly, I'd something happen though it be your head on the butcher's table." The guards began laughing to themselves as they walked away to enjoy a drinking night. "I love my Kingdom but some Individuals seem to taint it with their presence.." Ivy said to herself as the guards left her, she sighed however since it was because she did her job that men like that were able to exist, they had no sense of poise or manners.

Leaving it alone Ivy erased the thoughts from her mind as she began walking down Kikka markets, Scanning the area she was happy to find no immediate issues. Almost halfway through the market she even started admiring what little items she could see from the shops outside. She may not have always liked Kikka people, but Kikka itself and how it operated fascinated her.

Having caught and eyeful she was beginning to turn back but as she did a fast moving shadow ran into the moonlight allowing Ivy to catch the shadows movement, looking up to see thieves running on the rooftops of the markets. Oh man..there's four! Ivy said to herself as she ran after the bandits since it appeared she was unnoticed, catching the groups combined mana presence to track them down within the market.

When she got close enough to the signature she got down as the group of thieves' path led her to the dish market area, one of the thieves grimoire lit up as his hand turned to rock and he smashed the lock leading inside, another one creating a ball of fire to light up the dark. Ivy wanted to observe, and find out the others' magic but she was supposed to be protecting the shops and letting them get any further might cause damage to the inside should a fight start inside.

"STOP!" Ivy shouted as she ran forward and her grimoire opened up, A small seed popping out and burrowing into the ground as roots extended further out wrapping about the earth grimoire user weakening them and draining their magic as they tried to wrestle the roots off, Ivy closing in and rushing at them as she leaped forward grabbing their head and kneeing it full force, the body of the thief falling as her knee crashed even harder after they dropped as her full weight was centered on the knee.

Looking directly at the other thieves Ivy would see them quickly make their exit as they ran away from her. Getting up and running after three remaining thieves Ivy eyes widened as one created a arrow of water that was aimed at her, grimoire flipping to another page Ivy hands changed as scales pushed out and covered her hand and her nails hardened and extended into claws, swinging her right hand in a overswing to destroy the arrow, catching up to the water grimoire user and slashing their back, it was a ring scratch but nonetheless a seed was planned into the scratch that quickly absorbed the mana in their body growing into a small tree weighing them down enough for Ivy to spin around them and clench her fist and deck them with a uppercut to knock them out.

The seed upon touching the ground transforms the area to allow the seed to grow roots that extend and grab the closest body parts in the area, making contact with a target the roots latch onto a target wrapping around the body encompassing two and a half meters, upon latching on the roots begin to absorb a portion of the targets mana as well as body nutrients causing temporary strength lost by reducing damage by 1/2 of junior rank.

Besides the additional muscle she is given these claw tips are covered with tiny seeds that when she attacks a target and does one instance of junior rank damage, it attaches to the wound stealing the target mana and using it grow a oak tree that continuous to expand and grow up to three cubic meters, slowing down the target movement.

Dealing with the second thief made Ivy confident but at the same time it made the thieves more desperate, realizing they needed to fight in order to win the two mages nodded at each other as fire and wind Grimoire combined to create a vortex of fire and wind aimed right at her. Gritting her teeth there was no way Ivy could dodge on time as her pupils shrunk and she was hit while throwing up some guard.

The area was smokey and the thieves wondered if they had done it, not wanting to stick around and find out the two began to turn and run , but at that moment Ivy ran out, her clothes singed and tattered as she ran up and clawed the fire grimoire user from behind, a tree sprouting on his body as Ivy grimoire flipped a page and popped out some seeds that she caught and immediately threw into both the thieves faces. A cherry blossom tree blooming and blocking their vision as the two shot off waves of magic. Blinding them and slowing one of them, Ivy moved around, taking her time in attacking their legs in a hit and run fashion while her magic drained them and the damage stacked up so they couldn't fight any more.

With the thieves subdued Ivy tyed them up and waited for the next shift of guards to arrive, Ivy was tired and she wanted to leave Kikka so as soon as she was done she returned to her lodging for her stuff and began her journey back home.
